Why: To manage the waitlist and comply with UK Safety Laws.

1. Founding Member Status

Registration for the "Founding Member" waitlist is open to UK residents. Status is granted based on the timestamp of valid registration. Only one entry is permitted per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

2. Age Verification (Yoti AI)

To comply with the UK Online Safety Act and the ICO Children’s Code, all accounts require age assurance at launch.

We use Yoti Facial Age Estimation to verify you are 13+ (or 18+ for parental authorization).
No biometric data is stored by us. Yoti performs the check and sends us a simple "Over" or "Under" result.
If you fail the age scan or refuse to complete it at launch, your Founding Member status and any associated rewards will be forfeited.

3. Parental Consent (Under 13s)

If you are under 13, UK law requires a parent or guardian to register on your behalf.

Parents must provide their own email for initial authorization.
Final account activation for a minor requires the parent to pass an 18+ Yoti Age Scan to provide Verifiable Parental Consent.

4. Direct Marketing

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive launch updates and rewards news via email. You can withdraw this consent at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.
